A Fresh Start: A Journey to our New Commercial Kitchen

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new commercial kitchen! This milestone represents more than just a new space—it’s the culmination of a challenging, emotional, and ultimately rewarding journey that we’re excited to share with you.

Earlier this year, we faced an unexpected hurdle: the building that housed our beloved Malaga kitchen for seven years was sold, and our lease would not be renewed. The kitchen that had served as the heart of our operations was set to be replaced by storage space for stonemasonry materials. The news was devastating, but we knew we had to push forward.

Determined and hopeful, we dove headfirst into the search for a new space. But finding a commercial kitchen in Perth is no easy feat. After months of dead ends and countless site visits, the clock was ticking, and hope seemed to dim. Still, perseverance kept us going—and in a twist of fate, a chance connection through a friend of a friend - we met a wonderful Father and Son who own a building that were willing to fit out one of their warehouse units into a commercial kitchen for us. 

Thanks to the kindness and support of our new landlords, together we transformed an empty warehouse in Bayswater into a dream kitchen. Complete with a grand freezer room, cool rooms, and a bigger dedicated gluten-free production area, the space exceeded all our expectations. We are forever grateful for the life changing opportunity that we were lucky enough to receive. 

Despite a temporary halt in operations and having to put all of our commercial equipment in storeage, our team remained resilient. Now, we’re back, stronger and more energized than ever, ready to embrace the future.
