Yes. We use traditional Maltese techniques to create the one and only handcrafted pastizzi available in Western Australia. Manuela and her family are originally from Xagħra, Gozo, and she has been making pastizzi using these methods in Australia for over 30 years. We also produce the traditional Maltese fillings, ricotta and pea (pizelli).
Yes. All our gluten-free (GF) products are made in a dedicated GF commercial kitchen. Our kitchens are HACCP certified with a food quality and safety management system in place. Our flour blends are made from scratch and contain no additives, flavours, preservatives, 464 or gums. See our Gluten-free products here.
Our sizes vary depending on the product. If you’re planning a function with canapés, our 30g bite-size Pastizzi are perfect. Or for something more substantial, we offer jumbo Pastizzi at 80g—bigger than most in Australia.
