Manuela and her daughters are gluten intolerant and had missed traditional Artisan Bread so much, that Manuela was determined to create not only a Gluten Free, but gum free, preservative free, additive free, egg and dairy free bread that looks and tastes like the wheat bread she remembers.  Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, with a structure that doesn't crumble and not cake like in any way!  After years of research and development she finally cracked it and the Kiss Kiss Artisan Bread Range was born!  Made with only the best Gluten Free Flours she developed her very own flour blend and recipes that include super foods such as Chia, Sorghum and Raw Apple Cider Vinegar that she is proud to offer you today!
